The Alkaimi Financial Ecosystem entered wholesale settlement operations on 1 September 2026. This page holds the dated record of the years before that day. The material below is kept as published, with the date on every entry; where a term or claim in an earlier post has since been superseded, a note at the head of that post states the current position.   1. Priority date of the foundational filings covering tokenization and transport of data on peer-to-peer networks.

  2. Fifty experts in law, regulation, economics, technology, governance and banking convene on one question: what it would take to restore value in the global financial system.

  3. The United States Patent and Trademark Office confirms protection on the tokenization and data transport processes; the ecosystem’s design architecture, product matrix and operational processes are determined and finalized.

  4. Pegisai Global Holdings established as the parent of the group.

  5. Pegisai USA incorporated in Wyoming.

  6. Pegisai states publicly that the design met the Bank for International Settlements criteria for frictionless money and instant payment.

  7. The Alkaimi Financial Ecosystem emerges from the development program.

  8. Digital Security Enforcement Ventures licensed to enforce the intellectual property portfolio.

  9. First phase of network testing completed with the first four licensed operators; the initial series of institutional ecosystem licenses issued.

  10. The licensed operator network reaches operational maturity in DTA-based settlement.

  11. Final approval of the licensees for wholesale settlement operations after completion of testing and network certification.
