About the record
The record documents the granular value™ test, and granular value’s usage for settlement and value retention. The record follows granular value created and held across ten assets and five and a half years, then moved between holders in three movements audited on both sides. The record then sets out the neutral rail, the liquidity the system creates, a worked example, and Alkaimi™’s rights, protection and status. The final section states what the record restores: whole reserve banking, returned with the creation of liquidity. Page ix carries the record’s notices on investment, results of testing and governing law.
